Artist Statement

Nature nourishes the soul. I remember having an innate love and fascination for Gaia as a child. It is a relationship that has continued to deepen in richness and appreciation over the years.

The early on phase of "Freedom to Feel” - Crestone, Colorado 2022

In the Summer of 2013 I found myself desiring new artwork to fill the large wall space that hovered above my bedroom headboard. Rather than buying someone else's creation I decided to build, stretch and paint upon my own canvas. From this came “In the Beginning”, a 48x36" acrylic on canvas that quickly began to grow beyond my original vision.

Since then I've dabbled in various mediums and art forms but have presently found my niche to be acrylic on canvas. Each piece is  adorned with a 3-dimensional bauble and incorporates subtle and apparent symbolism of our macrocosm and microcosm.

Painting is my heart space, and Nature my muse. When I first discovered fractals and Sacred Geometry I felt an intrinsic passion laced with wonderment awaken. I create with the intention of sharing this space with others. To spark memories and awareness of the synchronistic beauty our planet and cosmos display to us, and assist humanity in finding greater levels of consciousness and love.
